Elycia has been extensively involved in most every facet of commercial real estate in the Denver/Boulder area for the past 22 years. She has participated in real estate investment acquisition, commercial asset management, property management, real estate development, construction project management and commercial leasing over the course of her career and has been successful in adapting to the ever-changing marketplace. She attributes her success to her customer service skills, loyalty and the ability to think outside the box.
After graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder, College of Business with a B.S. in Marketing and taking post-graduate courses in Finance at Colorado State University, Elycia was hired as a Property Manager at Roswell & Company where she was soon promoted to General Manager of the firm. She joined Hast & Company as a property manager in 2010. Over the years, Elycia has successfully worked with a wide variety of clients including AT&T, Siemens, Front Range Community College, NBI, BDM, Fresh Produce Sportswear, L’Occitane, Tri-County Health Department, and the University of Phoenix.
When Elycia is not working, she is usually enjoying the wonderful Colorado outdoors. Skiing, hiking, horseback riding and snow shoeing are some of her favorite local activities but when there is water in sight, Elycia can be found scuba diving, spearfishing, sailing and snorkeling. She also enjoys gourmet cooking and is a Master Gardener through the Boulder Extension office of Colorado State University. Elycia has been proud to contribute to her community through a variety of volunteer positions including her work with the Women’s Wilderness Institute, an organization that builds courage, confidence and leadership skills in women and girls.
