Jan Stolpe moved to Colorado from Los Angeles in 1982.After working for the City of Lafayette as deputy city clerk for two years, she became involved in the real estate business as a mortgage broker.Then, in 1996, Jan accepted a position as a leasing agent and then property manager for several large apartment complexes in Boulder.In 2002 she joined Hast & Company where she has been a property manager specializing in community association management.
Jan is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado.
She and her husband have lived in BoulderCanyon since moving to Colorado.Jan has been active in volunteer work in the Boulder and Denver area for a number of years.
