A Certified Property Manager, John has been managing investment real estate since the first new construction multi-family asset he leased up over 30 years ago. Since then he has managed more than 4,800 residential units including major multi-family assets and common interest associations. The largest single site John has managed was a 1.25 million RSF high rise office building in the Denver Central Business District.
John joined Hast & Company in 2011.
In 2006 and 2007, John served as President of the Northern Colorado Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado.
A Boulder County resident since 1986, John now lives in Longmont. He is active with the Colorado Mountain Club and enjoys mountaineering when ever he can get away to enjoy the "Freedom of the Hills," hiking and scrambling in the Colorado Rockies.
