At Hast & Company, our primary business is the management of investor assets.Although we are not primarily a real estate sales company, we have often assisted our clients, both in acquiring new investment properties and in selling existing ones.In this capacity we have handled over $50 million in transactions during the past ten years.This has included the marketing and sale of a $17 million apartment complex in Southeast Denver for long time clients, and the marketing and sale of 165,000 square feet in seven R&D properties in Boulder.
All our property managers are licensed brokers in Colorado and we have substantial experience in both single family home sales and investment property analysis, acquisition, marketing, and sales.
While we do not seek stand-alone listings, we would be happy to work with investors who are seeking new properties to add to their portfolios or who are seeking to divest themselves of existing properties.
